Job summary

Cpl Healthcare partner organisation in Dublin is recruiting an End User Computing Lead to drive a modern Microsoft EUC estate across multiple sites. This hands-on, technical leadership role requires a background in FMCG/industrial environments and deep hands-on expertise in Intune and the broader Microsoft 365 stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience within End User Computing, Modern Workplace, Infrastructure or Digital Workplace environments.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams while remaining hands‑on technically.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune and a proven administration background across Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Experience owning and improving endpoint management and workplace technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Active Directory, Autopilot and hybrid environments.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of two End User Computing professionals.
• Act as the technical owner for the End User Computing estate, driving continuous improvement and modernisation initiatives.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online environments.
• Provide senior-level technical support and serve as the escalation point for complex EUC issues.
• Drive endpoint management, device lifecycle, patching, security and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams on transformation projects across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Support and enhance Azure Virtual Desktop and broader digital workplace technologies.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies, improve user experience and strengthen operational efficiency.

End User Computing Lead | Dublin

• Cpl are partnering with a well-established Irish-headquartered manufacturing organisation to hire an End User Computing Lead for their Dublin-based technology team.
• This is a hands‑on technical leadership opportunity where you'll lead a small team while taking ownership of a modern Microsoft End User Computing environment.
• The successful candidate will ideally come from a similar manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, food production, engineering or operationally focused organisation, bringing experience supporting business‑critical environments across multiple sites.
• This is not a pure management role and requires someone who remains deeply technical, particularly across Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 services.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience within End User Computing, Modern Workplace, Infrastructure or Digital Workplace environments.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams while remaining hands‑on technically.
• Experience within a large FMCG type of company essential.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune, which is the key requirement for this position.
• Proven administration experience across Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Experience owning and improving endpoint management and workplace technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Active Directory, Autopilot and hybrid environments.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, VDI or similar virtual desktop technologies is desirable.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Candidates coming from manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, food production, engineering or similar operational organisations will be strongly preferred.
• A proactive individual who wants to take ownership, drive change and influence technology roadmaps rather than simply maintain existing systems.
• Must already be based within a commutable distance to Dublin with full unrestricted working rights for Ireland.
