Job summary

Test Triangle is seeking a Field Engineer to support end-user devices across multiple sites in Ireland. You will provide deskside, remote and field-based support, focusing on Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot deployments and hybrid workforce needs.

The role requires 4–6 years of IT experience, strong English skills (C2), a full driving licence and the ability to travel. Overtime may be possible but not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• It is a mandatory requirement that the resource has 4–6 years of relevant IT experience.
• Ability to start 1st January 2027 and travel to multiple sites.
• Full driving licence, own transport and business insurance.
• CEFR C2 proficiency in English (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside, remote and field-based end-user support for devices and services.
• Support deployment, refresh and lifecycle management of endpoints.
• Assist with Windows 11 rollout and cloud-based management transitions (Intune, Autopilot).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues for hybrid/remote workers.
