Job summary

Test Triangle in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Field Engineer to provide deskside and remote support for end-user hardware, software and services across multiple sites. The role requires experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and cloud-managed devices, with occasional travel to other sites.

Onsite work with hybrid and remote environments is expected, and the contract runs for 12 months with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Must be available to start from 01/01/2027.
• CEFR C2 or equivalent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote end-user hardware support (PCs, laptops, mobiles, printers).
• Assist with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows OS and approved business apps.
• Support deployment, configuration and replacement of end-user devices.
