Job summary

Test Triangle Limited is seeking a Field Engineer to support end‑user devices across multiple sites in Dublin and beyond. You will provide deskside, remote and field‑based support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals, with emphasis on Intune and cloud‑based management.

Mandatory 4–6 years of IT experience, a full driving license, and CEFR C2 English. The role requires onsite work with occasional travel to supported locations and a strong focus on customer service and problem

Qualifications

Equivalent of 4–6 years of relevant IT experience.
Available to start 1 January 2027.
Full driving licence, own transport and business insurance.
CEFR C2 English proficiency (or equivalent).
Experience providing deskside, field engineering or end‑user support in a large enterprise ICT environment.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside, remote and field‑based support for end‑user devices and services.
Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Support device deployment, refresh and lifecycle management.
Assist with Windows 11 rollout and cloud‑based endpoint management.
Support hybrid and remote workers and maintain asset records.
