Job summary

Test Triangle in Dublin 2, Ireland is seeking a Senior Field Engineer with 7+ years of IT experience to support deskside and field operations. The role requires onsite work with occasional travel to multiple sites, and a start date of 01/01/2027 on a 12-month contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities include leading technical delivery, mentoring junior staff, and managing end-user hardware, software, and cloud devices, including Intune and Windows Autopilot deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin 2 with occasional travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical resource for deskside support and field engineering.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, while handling complex incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, software, and cloud-managed devices.
• Support Intune enrolment, Windows Autopilot provisioning and device refresh initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to plan and execute office moves and hardware upgrades.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles for continuous improvement.
