Job summary

Apleona is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at our site in Carrigtwohill, Cork. Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

You will manage multiple projects from inception through completion, supporting renovations and upgrades of existing facilities, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and compliance. The role requires a minimum of five years in a similar role, GMP/regulatory or facilities management experience, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
• GMP regulated environment or Facilities Management experience.
• Managing projects in a regulated environment preferred.
• M&E Project Management Experience.
• Dynamic approach to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from inception through completion per Company objectives.
• Support renovations and upgrades of existing facilities.
• Coordinate reviews with cross-functional groups and external firms.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, to client quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for contracts to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure drawings and project programmes are current and accurate.
• Implement Service Level Agreements for projects and subcontractors.
• Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs and maintain safe working practices.
