Job summary

Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Dublin is seeking a hospitality professional with at least one year of experience in a similar role within a 4/5* property. The successful candidate will uphold the hotel’s high service standards in Food & Beverage, demonstrate professionalism and guest-centred service.

You will work as part of a team across Restaurants and Bars, handle cash procedures accurately, manage stock, ensure safety and hygiene regulations, and participate in training and meetings as required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar role in a 4/5* property.
• Commitment to high service standards.
• Knowledge of F&B operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Offer the highest level of guest service in the F&B areas.
• Follow standards of performance within Restaurants and Bars.
• Adhere to cash procedures and report discrepancies.
• Control stock levels and report waste or spills.
• Ensure hygiene regulations are adhered to and safety is maintained.
• Provide knowledge of menus, cocktails, and hotel facilities.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
