Responsibilities

• Offer the highest level of guest service in the Food & Beverage areas, ensuring standards are achieved at all times.
• Follow and adhere to all performance standards within the Restaurants and Bars, ensuring services are of the highest 4* quality.
• Adhere to cash procedures and report any errors or discrepancies to management.
• Control stock levels in bars, record waste and spills, and report to management.
• Ensure hygiene and safety regulations are followed in all F&B areas.
• Promote sales within the department and across the hotel.
• Attend training sessions and appraisal meetings as required.
