Osborne Executive Search is looking for a Senior Executive Search Recruiter to manage end-to-end assignments across Ireland and internationally. You will build trusted relationships with senior clients and candidates, identify top leadership talent, and develop new business opportunities while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments across Ireland and internationally.
• Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with senior clients and candidates.
• Identify and attract high-calibre leadership talent through targeted search and market mapping.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
• Provide trusted, consultative advice to clients throughout the search process.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of our Executive Search division.
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing, supportive team.
