• Proven IT or senior-level recruitment experience in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT assignments across Ireland and internationally.
• Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with senior clients and candidates.
• Identify and attract leadership talent through targeted search and market mapping.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
• Provide trusted, consultative advice to clients throughout the search process.
• Contribute to growth and reputation of the IT division.
