Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry or Professional experience with Enterprise hardware, software, or networking solutions.
• Desire to work with Dell customers.
• Experience with networking and communications technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, NC-SI, FC, iSCSI or InfiniBand.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across AI solutions and PowerEdge Server platforms.
• Lead and drive resolution of complex technical issues with global Technical Support teams, technology partners, and customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer in engineering corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Characterize, validate, and identify field-reported defects while working closely with developers, vendors, and partners.
• Document technical findings, resolution strategies, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and product improvement.
