Job summary

Dell Technologies in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Senior Engineer for International Product Support Engineering to investigate and resolve product issues across the Enterprise PowerEdge Server and AI portfolio. You will collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality teams, and partners to improve quality and customer experience.

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead complex investigations, document findings, and drive corrective actions with global teams, ensuring effective communication

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise hardware, software, or networking.
• Willingness to work with Dell customers.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, NC-SI, FC, iSCSI or Infiniband.

Responsibilities

• Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across AI solutions and PowerEdge Server platforms.
• Lead and drive resolution of complex technical issues with global Technical Support teams, technology partners, and customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer in engineering corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Characterize, validate, and identify field-reported defects while working closely with developers, vendors, and partners.
• Document technical findings, resolution strategies, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and product improvement.
