Qualifications

• Entry or professional experience with enterprise hardware, software, or networking.
• Desire to work with Dell customers.
• Experience with networking technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, NC-SI, FC, iSCSI or InfiniBand.

Responsibilities

• Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across AI solutions and PowerEdge Server platforms with Engineering, Quality, and Support teams.
• Lead and drive resolution of complex technical issues with global Technical Support teams, technology partners, and customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer in engineering corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Characterize, validate, and identify field-reported defects with developers, vendors, and partners.
• Document technical findings, resolution strategies, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and product improvement.
