Job summary

BNY in Dublin is seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Corporate Trust Client Services team. The role focuses on providing high-quality client service, managing complex operations, and supporting high-value payments and trades across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

3–4 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in client services, settlements, custody, payments or trade support.
Experience in Corporate Trust, back/middle office operations or client servicing is highly advantageous.
Be highly numerate with good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to complex operational and product-related enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Support the timely and controlled execution of high-value payments and trades across a range of transaction types.
Manage escalated issues effectively, partnering with internal teams to investigate, resolve and communicate outcomes clearly.
Contribute to a strong control environment by maintaining accuracy, highlighting risks and escalating exceptions appropriately.
Identify opportunities to improve team processes, enhance efficiency using AI tools and automation.
