Job summary

BNY Mellon in Dublin seeks a Senior Specialist, Client Coverage, Ireland to join our EMEA Growth team within Global Client Management. This role is based in Dublin and focuses on advancing Ireland’s commercial priorities, engaging with senior leadership, and shaping country-level client strategy.

You will perform market and client analysis, craft briefing materials, and coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience in client service, sales support, business development or related field.
Ability to manage competing priorities with independence.
Strong commercial mindset and business judgment.
Experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support execution of strategic and commercial priorities across Ireland.
Develop briefing materials and executive talking points.
Conduct client, market and segment analysis to generate actionable insights.
Develop tailored presentations and proposals with product, coverage and regional teams.
Coordinate client and leadership meetings, including agendas and briefing packs.
Maintain accurate CRM information and track priorities, risks and dependencies.
