• Experience in recruitment or sales environments.
• Ability to generate and grow client relationships.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates.

Responsibilities

• Generate client relationships through business development and sales calls.
• Manage current client relationships and grow accounts.
• Identify further sales opportunities within client accounts.
• Meet with clients face-to-face on a weekly basis.
• Source candidates matched against client specifications.
• Write and tailor advertisements for clients.
• Conduct candidate searches via database, applications, job boards and online tools.
• Build your network of talented candidates to present to market.
