Job summary

Morgan McKinley Ireland is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to own an established desk with strong client and candidate relationships. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, connecting talented people with great opportunities while developing long-term partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ recruitment experience or relevant commercial/industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Source high-quality candidates through advertising, direct search, social media, networking and referrals.
• Interview, assess and select candidates.
• Assist candidates and clients throughout the interview process.
• Develop expert knowledge of your specialist market and become a trusted voice.
• Deliver an exceptional experience to every candidate and client.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate information within recruitment systems.
