ElevateHire is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for Construction & Engineering, fully remote in Ireland. You will own your market, manage the full recruitment cycle, and build long-term relationships with contractors and clients.

You will headhunt candidates, develop your own pipeline, win new business, and shape how the business grows with autonomy and direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency recruitment experience.
• Experience in construction or engineering recruitment ideal but not required.
• Proven track record of placing candidates and winning business.
• Strong headhunting skills and a network to build on.
• Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivation and discipline; thrives working remotely and owns results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a business.

ElevateHire, is a growing start up specialist recruitment consultancy supporting white-collar construction and engineering professionals across the built environment in Ireland and the EU.

What you’ll be doing

• Running the full 360 recruitment cycle, from winning roles to placing candidates and everything in between
