You will manage end-to-end recruitment, nurture client relationships, and develop market knowledge while supporting candidates in securing opportunities. A long-term career trajectory is encouraged with growth into ownership of client desks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for clients and candidates.

• Develop specialist knowledge of the market to expand your network and contribute to the business.
• Work primarily with established clients rather than only doing cold outreach.
• Learn from experienced consultants and gain exposure to various areas of construction.
• Over time, build your own desk and take ownership of client relationships and placements.
