Job summary

Hunter Savage, a Dublin-based Tier 1 main contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major construction projects from pre-construction through delivery. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with exemplary safety standards.

The role emphasises strong leadership, client relationships, and a proactive approach to risk management across commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Background in main contracting across commercial, residential, healthcare, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and programmes and ensure health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major construction projects from commencement through to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders to meet programme objectives.
• Monitor cost control, quality standards and health & safety compliance.
• Build strong client, consultant and supply chain relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
