Job description

An established Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Dublin-based operations team. With a strong pipeline of major commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments across Ireland, this is an opportunity to lead large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to successful delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project programmes effectively.
  • Relevant construction qualification and a thorough understanding of industry regulations and best practice.
