• Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.
• Champion health and safety culture and compliance with company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across project teams with best practices and efficiencies.
• Manage project resourcing to ensure teams have required skills and leadership.
• Develop, retain and identify future talent to support project requirements.
