Job summary

PE Global Recruitment are assisting a market-leading tier 1 construction company in recruiting a Construction Manager for a major project in Kildare, Ireland. This full-time, permanent role leads day-to-day construction activities while delivering safety, quality and programme targets.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of site management experience across commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out or refurbishment projects, and strong leadership and communication skills.

PE Global Recruitment are currently working with a market leading tier 1 construction company to recruit a Construction Manager to join the team in Kildare. This is a full time, permanent role.

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a major construction project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site professional to take a key leadership role, overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for health & safety, quality control, site logistics, site supervision and the coordination of subcontractors, forepersons and site teams, while working closely with the Project Manager to achieve key programme and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have 7+ years’ site management experience, with a background in any combination of commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out or refurbishment projects.

You’ll be an experienced and confident site leader with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple teams and priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.
