Alliedtalent, on behalf of an international organisation in Dublin, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager. This senior, highly visible role will lead commercial finance for a key unit, partnering with divisional leadership and shaping decisions that drive growth.

You will manage budgeting/forecasting, build models to support investment cases, drive margin improvements, and oversee monthly/quarterly reporting and audits. A qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE is required.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 5+ years PQE with a strong commercial or business partnering background.
• Experience in high volume, low margin MNC/ PLC advantageous but not essential.
• Strong modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and exposure to FP&A or BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Partner closely with SLT as their trusted finance lead, influencing both day-to-day and longer-term decisions.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of analysts, building a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process, and build models to support investment cases and new initiatives.
• Drive margin improvement by spotting cost savings and helping the business put them into practice.
• Oversee accurate, timely month-end, quarterly and annual reporting, and support the audit process.
