Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a commercial insurance role.
• APA Commercial (or Grandfathered Commercial) with up-to-date CPD.
• Strong technical knowledge of the commercial insurance market.
• Proven track record managing a client portfolio, renewals and servicing.
• Confident negotiator with ability to secure favourable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and meet evolving needs.
• Manage the renewal process end to end, review terms and negotiate with insurers.
• Assess client risk profiles and advise on suitable products and coverage.
• Deliver high standard of client service and build long-term trust.
• Work towards agreed new business and renewal targets.
• Operate within compliance framework and internal procedures.
• Feed back pricing and product trends to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support training and operations.
• Attend client visits with management as required.
• Adhere to company handbook and procedures.
