Job summary

360 Search is seeking an experienced commercial account handler aiming to progress into a management role in Ireland. You will manage a portfolio of larger commercial accounts, with a senior post dedicated to a major motor fleet client and others across commercial clients.

You will also support junior and mid-level colleagues, providing guidance, oversight and technical assistance as required to maintain client service standards and strong insurer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experienced commercial account handlers who want to progress into a management role.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of large commercial accounts including a major motor fleet client.
• Oversee a broader range of commercial clients and provide guidance to junior teammates.
• Provide oversight and technical support as required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of renewals and client relationship management for a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, offering guidance and technical support.
• Develop and maintain strong insurer relationships and ensure client service standards are met.
