Job summary

FRS Recruitment in Ireland is seeking an experienced Client Executive for a well-established commercial insurance broker based in Cavan. This full-time, permanent, hybrid role focuses on managing a portfolio of commercial policies, with emphasis on renewals and client servicing.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' insurance experience in brokerage or equivalent
• CIP / APA qualified, or Grandfathered status
• Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team fit are important

Responsibilities

• Advising clients across a range of commercial insurance products
• Building long-term relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers
• Understanding client needs and delivering a high standard of customer service
• Managing policy renewals, amendments and general client queries
• Developing new business, including leveraging existing market connections
• Processing insurance documentation in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements (including Central Bank of Ireland compliance)
