Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Ireland seeks an experienced client servicing professional with custody expertise to join our team. You will respond to inquiries, handle escalations, and coordinate meetings while developing strong internal relationships to resolve issues.

You will work closely with Operations and Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolution and service level improvements, acting as a primary contact for external clients and leveraging BBH products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related custody experience.
• Experience in a client servicing environment.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Able to multitask, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Bloomberg and Reuters.

Responsibilities

• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH products and services.
• Work closely with Operations and Treasury and Markets to resolve inquiries and improve service levels.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external clients with regards to daily servicing inquiries.
• Develop internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
