Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) Dublin seeks a client servicing professional to respond to inquiries, coordinate meetings and escalate issues. You will work with Operations, Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolutions and improve service levels.

The role requires a BS/BA and at least 3 years in custody-related client servicing, with strong communication and Excel/Bloomberg/Reuters skills. A collaborative, inclusive environment awaits in BBH's global client management team.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related custody experience.
• Experience in a client servicing focused environment.
• Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work accurately in a deadline-driven setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Bloomberg and Reuters; knowledge of internal/web-based systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues; act as main client contact.
• Coordinate client meetings and deliverables; work with Operations and Treasury and Markets to resolve inquiries.
• Develop internal relationships to proactively aid issue resolution and service improvement.
