Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a client servicing professional in Dublin to respond to inquiries, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables. You will work closely with Operations, Treasury and Markets to maintain high service levels and deepen client relationships.

The role requires at least a BS/BA and a minimum of 3 years in custody-related work, with strong knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg and Reuters.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related custody experience.
• Prior experience in a client servicing focused environment.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and escalated issues; serve as point of contact for client contacts.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of BBH products and services.
• Collaborate with Operations, Treasury and Markets to resolve inquiries and improve service levels.
• Build internal relationships to proactively aid in issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Servicing and Inquiry Response:
• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues and serve as the point person for client contacts.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH products and services.
• Work closely with internal clients in Operations and Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and improvement of service levels.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external clients with regards to daily servicing inquiries.
• Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.

Qualifications:

• Education level and/or experience
• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years related custody experience
• Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment
• Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Technical proficiency in internal and/or web based systems a plus.
