Citi Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a Dublin-based CitiService Investor Services Client Service Team. You will guide staff, manage senior client relationships, and drive a future operating model across EMEA and globally.

The role requires a track record of leading global client services, strong communication, and proven ability to influence change while ensuring risk and compliance standards are met. Hybrid work with salary range provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Finance, Accounting, Math, or Management preferred).
• Significant management experience in global financial institutions, preferably in Custody Operations.
• Proven service-excellence and client relationship experience with large global clients.
• Proven track record driving change through data-led insights and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior client & internal stakeholders.
• Ability to connect diverse issues and analyze complex problems thematically.
• Strong leadership to build robust partnerships with other teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in evolving target operating models.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of client service professionals servicing key Investor Services clients.
• Provide opportunities for staff to develop servicing skills and client knowledge while maintaining high service levels.
• Drive Citi's Leadership standards and foster a high-performing culture.
• Possess knowledge of Custody products (Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax).
• Manage client inquiries, ensure timely responses, escalate critical issues.
• Partner with other groups to drive change and design future target operating model.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define root causes and develop innovative solutions for recurring issues.
• Support strategic initiatives aligned with CitiService and risk management practices.
