Qualifications

8+ years in a transfer agency role, with exposure to alternative structures.
Experience with investor reporting, fund operations and onboarding processes.
Strong knowledge of AML regulations and governance requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to coach a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage and support the Investor Services team within Investor Services Client Operations.
Ensure smooth investor account openings and timely information requests.
Maintain high-quality output of investor reporting and correspondence.
Oversee payments to investors and review fund documents for operational issues.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions and process improvements.
Lead hiring, coaching, and development of staff and workflows.
