U.S. Bank Global Fund Services (Ireland) Limited is a hedge fund administration specialist based at City Quay in the IFSC.

The Investor Services Manager will lead a team responsible for daily processes, ensuring high-quality client experiences and adherence to procedures. The role requires strong leadership, client focus, and expertise in fund administration, with opportunities to participate in launches and conversions, and to coach team members in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years Investor Services experience.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ people.
• Experience approving investor orders, payments, NAVs.
• Experience in mutual / hedge / PE funds.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve investor trades for daily, weekly, monthly funds.
• Oversee daily deliverables including cash recs and NAVs.
• Act as primary contact for client and investor queries and host client service calls.
• Help with the coaching and mentoring of new employees.
• Participate in new fund launches and conversions.
