• Significant experience in project management, primarily in asset servicing.
• Experience supervising project managers/business analysts/project officers.
• Experience interacting at Board/Executive management level.
• Broad understanding of business practices.
• Ability to work in highly pressured and volatile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

• Direct overall direction, coordination and completion of specified projects.
• Lead people managers and align objectives with governance.
• Manage multiple projects and key priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve complex issues by interpreting policies and processes.
• Apply risk, compliance and governance standards throughout delivery.
• Develop project plans, budgets, staffing, communication and risk plans.
• Monitor costs, variances and reforecast as needed.
