Job summary

You will work in a hybrid office/home setup, coordinating with legal, compliance, and accounting teams to address client needs and resolve complex issues while supporting onboarding and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Prev experience in hedge fund administration or investor services preferred.
• Strong client service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage month-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the fund manager and investors.
• Ensure compliant communication with investors and fund managers.
• Adhere to procedures, policies, and processes consistently.
• Gain understanding of all funds to provide coverage when required.
• Meet client month-end deliverables and coordinate money movements.
• Assist with distribution of investor reporting (statements, PFICs, etc.).
• Collaborate with IS operations and other departments to resolve issues.
• Participate in onboarding of new clients and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.
