Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Investor Services Client Operations team in Dublin. You will oversee account openings, investor reporting and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role supports strategic decisions and staff development within a hybrid work model.

Applicants should have 8+ years in transfer agency, with 3+ years in Alternatives structures, and solid AML knowledge. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transfer agency, incl. 3+ years with Alternatives structures.
• Experience with Alternatives platforms, ideally Investran and/or NTAS.
• Strong AML regulatory knowledge and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Investor Services Client Operations team to ensure smooth investor account openings and timely responses.
• Maintain high quality of work and accurate investor reporting and payments to investors.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff; drive process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across AML Operations, Fund Accounting and Relationship Management.
