Job summary

BMS Performance Ireland is seeking an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business across the Irish construction sector. The role focuses on Leinster and the Midlands, with significant activity along the East Coast, combining road and internal work in a hybrid setup.

You will target Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, precast manufacturers, and specialist subcontractors, establishing relationships and converting opportunities to build the company’s Irish customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong external sales experience within the construction industry.
• Exposure to Tier 1 contractors, civil engineering, formwork, or related markets is highly advantageous.
• Autonomous, proactive, and capable of building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business across the Irish construction market.
• Identifying and converting opportunities with major contractors and manufacturers.
• Building relationships with procurement and contracts management teams.
• Developing a strong pipeline of future project opportunities.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to conversion.
• Growing revenue across the assigned territory and identifying upcoming projects.
