Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Bid Manager to lead public sector tenders in the Irish facilities services market. You will own the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to strategy, pricing, submission and post-award handover, ensuring compliant, competitive proposals.

You will coordinate input from Finance, Operations, HR, Sustainability and Mobilisation, develop win themes and manage senior stakeholders to drive public sector growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Irish public sector procurement.
• Experience with eTenders, OGP frameworks and B2B services such as facilities management, cleaning, security.
• Commercially astute, highly organised and able to manage complex tenders and senior stakeholders.

I am recruiting for a Commercial Bid Manager for a leading organisation in the Irish facilities services sector.

What you'll be doing:

This is a key commercial role with responsibility for managing the public sector bid pipeline from opportunity identification through to strategy, pricing, submission and post award handover.

You will lead complex tenders, develop bid strategies and win themes, coordinate input across Finance, Operations, HR, Sustainability and Mobilisation, and ensure submissions are commercially strong, accurate and compliant.

What you'll need:
