Senior BIM Coordination Specialist – Revit & Navisworks

Job summary

Flynn is seeking an experienced BIM Co‑Ordination professional to join our Dublin operations. You will work closely with the BIM Lead to ensure workflows and project deliverables meet client standards and satisfaction.

You will co-ordinate BIM execution plans, produce detailed 3D models in line with project requirements, maintain CDE, and manage clash detections with Navisworks. This role also provides a clear path to BIM Lead and BIM Manager within Flynn’s development programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Information Modelling (Level 7/8) or related Engineering/Architecture undergraduate degree.
• 2+ years’ experience in a related field; main contractor experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks; Dynamo desirable.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the development of BIM execution plans to set and maintain project quality standards.
• Produce detailed 3D BIM models in line with project requirements.
• Ensure models align with BIM workflows and execution plans; collaborate with other disciplines.
• Create BIM modelling content; set up Revit families and templates.
• Develop construction drawings and extract project data.
• Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure it meets ISO standards.
• Carry out clash detections on federated models using Navisworks.
