Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Dublin is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a leading Irish main contractor at their head office. The role focuses on producing and managing 3D models and drawings, coordinating designer input, and ensuring BIM standards are followed.

You will run clash detection, manage the common data environment, support project teams with BIM deliverables, and contribute to ISO 19650 workflows. A strong architectural technology or engineering background and Revit/Navisworks skills are

Qualifications

• Qualification in Architectural Technology, Engineering or similar
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud an advantage
• Experience on construction projects with a contractor or consultant
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM processes
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage 3D models and drawings
• Coordinate design models from consultants and subcontractors
• Run clash detection and help resolve coordination issues
