Job summary

HR Duo, Ltd. seeks a Lead BIM Coordinator to lead BIM and engineering coordination across multiple projects in Ireland. You will drive collaboration between internal teams, clients and subcontractors, ensuring deliverables meet client specs and standards.

You will manage BIM Detailers, Engineers and Support staff, monitor progress, and oversee model federation and clash detection to maintain schedule integrity and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of BIM processes and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating BIM across multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day BIM and engineering coordination across projects.
• Manage BIM Detailers, Engineers and Support Staff to meet milestones.
• Monitor workload, performance and quality against plans.
• Review design information including P&IDs, schematics and layouts.
• Identify coordination issues early and drive resolution.
• Oversee model federation, clash detection and reviews.
• Host weekly coordination meetings with teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Perform model QA and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Support off-site manufacturing and digital delivery workflows.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future projects.
