Job summary

Tritech Engineering in Dublin is seeking a Building Services BIM Specialist to join our in-house team on complex construction projects. The role requires collaboration with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisor, delivering accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

You will coordinate M&E aspects, input data-rich model elements, and lead weekly coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure quality delivery. This is a hands-on role based in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM/Revit/Navisworks.
• Experience in M&E services coordination.
• Excellent IT skills with Revit, Navisworks, MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Mechanical / Electrical trade background an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Produce collaborative 3D BIM models and associated drawings.
• Coordinate with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer and Project Supervisor.
• Input model elements with required detail (graphic & data).
• Monitor clashes and produce weekly clash reports.
• Coordinate incoming/shared models and lead weekly coordination meetings.
• Produce images / drawings for reports using BIM renders and AutoCAD schematics.
• Produce COBie data and Asset Information Model.
