Zusammenfassung

Glanua is seeking a CAD / REVIT / BIM Engineer to manage multi-discipline coordinated models, drawings and schedules, ensuring alignment with the BIM execution plan across design teams in Ireland and the UK.

The role requires 3+ years in BIM coordination, strong technical BIM skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural designers.

Qualifikationen

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or strong trades background with BIM qualification.
• A minimum of 3+ years' experience within a BIM Co-ordination function.
• Mechanical or Electrical background with proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage the production of multi-discipline coordinated models, drawings and schedules.
• Align design development with the project BIM execution plan with regular coordination and model checks.
• Liaise between Mechanical & Electrical Designers and Civil & Structural Designers.
• Production and maintenance of MIDP throughout the project.
• Participate in drawing/design reviews and feasibility studies.
• Liaise with project teams to ascertain project needs and timelines.
• Take instructions from Engineers and produce drawings with limited supervision.
