Job summary

Flynn in Dublin seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead multi-project design coordination across major critical environments. You will direct the design team from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule and client expectations.

The role requires strong software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit) and excellent communication to manage consultants, clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in design management within construction.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design process from concept to construction.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP design consultants.
• Review drawings for accuracy and constructability; ensure alignment with program.
