Job summary

Gi Group Recruitment is seeking an experienced BIM Co-Ordinator in Dublin to join a high-performing project team. You will coordinate BIM workflows, develop BEPs, and produce detailed RevIt models while collaborating with commercial teams, designers, and clients.

Ideal candidates hold a BIM-related degree, have 2+ years in BIM, and are proficient in Revit and Navisworks, with ISO 19650 knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a BIM-related environment.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and Navisworks essential.
• Understanding of BIM procedures, standards and data management.

Responsibilities

• Work with BIM Lead to ensure workflows meet client standards.
• Develop detailed BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for projects.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models per project requirements.
• Coordinate models with internal teams and external consultants.
