Job summary

Walls Construction in Dublin is seeking a BIM Coordinator to drive Building Information Modelling processes across tender, preconstruction, delivery and handover. You will implement ISO 19650 standards, coordinate across design & construction teams, run clash detection, maintain BIM plans and lead coordination meetings using Navisworks and Revit.

3+ years of experience and a degree in engineering or design are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar BIM/coordination role.
• Fully competent in ISO19650.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit; other BIM software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement project standards, methods and procedures per ISO 19650 Parts 1 & 2 (2018).
• Ensure compliance with client information requirements to meet milestones.
• Federate digital information and perform clash detection, data verification and model health checks.
