Job summary

Europlan Group is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital information delivery across Ireland and the UK. You will develop BIM standards, BEPs, and CDE workflows, coordinating with engineering leads, clients, and contractors to ensure compliant, timely model production from mobilisation through handover.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM, including senior roles, with advanced Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks skills, strong ISO19650 knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Structural/Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, BIM/Digital Construction or related field.
• 5+ years of BIM experience, including at least 2 years as BIM Manager or equivalent.
• Advanced Proficiency in Revit with strong AutoCAD and Navisworks knowledge.
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650 and information-management processes.
• Experience leading BIM/CAD personnel across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve BIM strategy, standards, and templates per ISO 19650.
• Establish and maintain project BIM standards, structures and information requirements.
• Lead BIM mobilisation at project start, defining deliverables and workflows.
• Prepare BEPs, MIDPs, TIDPs and other BIM documentation.
• Oversee CDE workflows and information controls.
• Lead and mentor BIM/CAD technicians across Ireland and the UK.
• Coordinate resources and monitor workloads.
• Lead model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
