Search Talent seeks a Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Lead to drive market awareness and revenue growth. You will shape a data‑driven marketing strategy, collaborate with Sales and leadership, and oversee channels, content and events across IT services, cybersecurity and digital transformation.

The role requires 7+ years in senior B2B marketing, strong HubSpot experience, CRM and ROI focus. Hybrid/onsite in Dublin preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior B2B marketing roles within IT, tech or professional services.
• Hands‑on campaigns with a strategic marketing plan.
• Strong CRM, marketing automation, lead management and demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing function and internal team with clear ownership.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Lead brand messaging and go‑to‑market across IT services and cyber.
• Plan demand‑generation and ABM campaigns to fuel pipeline.
• Partner with Sales on lead management, proposals and enablement.
• Own HubSpot and marketing tech, data, and reporting.
• Evaluate AI tools to boost marketing productivity and engagement.
• Manage website, SEO, landing pages and digital channels.
• Oversee content, emails, case studies and collateral.
• Plan events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build partner marketing and MDF initiatives.
