Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to drive lifecycle programs across the customer journey for our developers on Atlas. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, own end-to-end campaigns, and optimize with experiments, partnering with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Customer Success in a hybrid Dublin-based role.

You’ll shape messaging, define growth plans, and measure impact against revenue objectives to accelerate platform adoption

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B lifecycle/growth marketing experience.
Deep understanding of marketing to developers or a highly technical audience.
Experience owning end-to-end lifecycle campaigns and data-driven decision making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Product-led growth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product teams to create digital experiences to engage, retain, and grow users.
Define and execute marketing plans with Growth Marketing to transform ideas into measurable campaigns.
Continuously optimize programs through experiments and A/B tests.
Collaborate with product teams to optimize user journey and lifecycle tactics (onboarding, activation, re-engagement).
Brainstorm content for new or repackaged experiences for users.
Conduct strategic analyses to identify growth drivers and opportunities.
Leverage new channels to accelerate growth and workload expansion.
Monitor and report KPIs to ensure revenue objectives are met.
Align messaging with product launches and moments to integrate into campaigns.
