Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Partner Manager (Demand Gen) in Dublin to drive growth with direct advertiser partners in a hybrid role. You will prospect, qualify, onboard, renew and expand partnerships while delivering measurable outcomes.

Expect regular discussions with senior marketing leaders and C-level stakeholders, turning data into actionable plans that move the needle. You will manage a pipeline, use BANT to prioritise opportunities, and collaborate across Sales, Product and Operations to hit

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing, sales, or account management.
• Dutch language proficiency.
• Comfort managing client or partner relationships under real performance pressure.
• Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing.
• A head for numbers — attribution, funnel strategy, media KPIs.
• Confidence leading consultative conversations up to C-level.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• A portfolio of direct advertiser partners sourced by you through outbound prospecting.
• Opportunity qualification using BANT to keep your pipeline sharp.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle: outreach, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and reactivation opportunities independently.
• Enable performance conversations grounded in metrics: CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, conversions.
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations and Leadership.
• Deliver on individual and team revenue KPIs.
